I had spent over thirteen years in the Information Technology industry, even more helping friends with their various computer repair issues, when it occurred to me that I could serve our community with my accumulated skills and experience. The business was born. You should be sure you have a qualified expert working on your system, so here is the abbreviated story of my career: I started as a Client Technical Support Rep for ADP Claims Solutions in 1995, providing phone support to ADP's computerized auto-repair estimating customers. From 1997 to 1999, I worked as a desktop engineer, providing computer repair and troubleshooting PCs for more than 700 ADP employees. In 1999 I became the company's E-mail and Network Administrator. In 2001 I joined a major employer in East Bay & California, where I currently work as Systems Engineer. Why do I want to work on other people's home systems on top of spending entire days dealing with huge, sophisticated systems? The answer is simple: I love computers and I want to be my own boss! What better way than with my own business, serving my community with friendly and dedicated service?
